We want to ensure you are 100% happy and satisfied with our work. If you have any technical or sales questions, please do not hesitate to connect with us. However, if you feel the service you availed is not the best fit for your requirements and you’ve attempted to mend any implementation issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

We would like to know where things went wrong, or how we can enhance our services. In the case of logical complaints your payment can be refunded partially, depending on the case.

Refund policy for Services

Your refund request for services must fulfill all of the following conditions to proceed to the next stage:

50% upfront non refundable payment with the remaining 50% due before deployment.
If the service fails to work after delivery, you can contact us within 15 days for a free-of-cost service.
After the initial 15 days, any issues will be considered as a new project and will incur charges.
Any points that are outside the project’s scope will be billed separately.
Problems brought on by third-party software will not be eligible for refunds.
No refunds are granted for services that fall short of expectations.

Refund policy for Services

Similarly, To progress with your refund request for plugin purchase, it must satisfy the following requirements:

Please contact us within 15 days of purchase, we will ask you a few questions before refund.
1) Please tell us how the add-on fails to perform its duty? What are the things that restrict you from enjoying the features of the add-on?
2) Please give us a chance to help you first with the feature not working for you.
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by third-party software.
Refunds are not available for the products acquired during sales events or at special discounts.

Please note, when we try to process the refund as quickly as possible, for credit card payments it can take up to 10 to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your credit card account.
